બોલવું એ ચાંદી છે,

મૌન રહેવું સોનું છે, 

પરંતુ

યોગ્ય સમયે બોલવું હીરા-મોતી છે.

Speaking is silver,

ઇજ્જત /respect

જે માણસ બીજાની ઇજ્જત ના કરી શકતો હોય,

તેની ઇજ્જતમાં ક્યારેય પણ વધારો થતો નથી.

જે માણસ પોતાના એબોને લોકોની સામે ખુશીના સાથે બયાન કરતો ફરતો હોય તે માણસ સૌથી મોટો બેવકૂફ છે.

હકીકી મિત્ર / A real friend

આપણા મિત્રોના કારણે આપણી ઇજ્જતમાં વધારો થાય તો તે મિત્ર હકીકતમાં આપણો મિત્ર છે, અને જે મિત્રોના કારણે આપણે બેઇજ્જતીનો સામનો કરવો પડે તો તે હકીકતમાં આપણા મિત્રના રૂપમાં આપણો દુશ્મન છે.

If our esteem increases because of our friends, then that friend is in fact our friend, and the friends who cause us to face disgrace are in fact our enemy in the form of our friend.

નિષ્ફળતાનો મતલબ તે નથી કે તમે જિંદગીમાં કશું જ ન કરી શકો. નિષ્ફળતાના કારણો શોધી તેને દૂર કરવાના પ્રયત્નો કરી સંપૂર્ણપણે સફળ થવાની રીત છે.

Allah is the only protector

જે રબે (અલ્લાહે) હઝરત નૂહ (અ.) અને તેમની કોમને પાણીથી તેમજ હઝરત મૂસા (અ.)ને પાણીથી અને હઝરત ઇબ્રાહિમ (અ.)ને આગથી બચાવી લીધા, તો શું તે રબ આપણને કોઈપણ મોટી મુસીબતથી ન બચાવી શકે?

બેશક, બચાવી શકે છે... શરત માત્ર એટલી કે આપણું ઈમાન અલ્લાહ પર સંપૂર્ણ હોવું જોઈએ, અમલની સાથે...

If the Lord (Allah) saved Hazrat Noah (a.s.) and his community from the water and Hazrat Moses (a.s.) from the water and Hazrat Ibrahim (a.s.) from the fire, could he not save us from any great calamity?

 Of course, it can save ... condition only that our faith in Allah should be complete, with execution ...
